RELEASE WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

In consideration of acceptance of this entry or the entry of my child or ward, I hereby for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release the Beat Beethoven organizers, sponsors, their representatives, agents and employees, and any other parties assisting in this event from and against any kind of actions, claims and costs with respect to death, injury, loss or damage occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event, to my person or property however caused and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid. By submitting this entry, and checking the box on the registration form, I acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the above release waiver and indemnity. I warrant that I am physically fit to participate in this event. As a participant in this event, I will run/walk only on the paths and obey all traffic signals and regulations under the Highway Traffic Act.
